Resolve Norton Error 8505,129

To Resolve Norton Error 8505,129 , reboot your system. If problem remains same, you have to check Network proxy settings of your system and run an progressive scan for possibly annoying applications with Norton Power Eraser.

Step 1  Reboot your system 

  1. Stop all the Programs. 
  1. Restart your computer. If the error still occurs, check for admittance in the Network proxy settings of your system.  
STEP 2  
Step 2       Follow these Steps to check Network proxy settings  
  1.  Download Norton Power Eraser. 
  1.  Save Downloaded file on Desktop. 
  1.  Double click on the NPE.exe file. 
  1.  Click Yes If the User Account Control window prods 
  1.  Read the license agreement carefully and click Accept.  
  1.  Click the Advanced Options icon in the Norton Power Eraser window. In   the advanced window, next to Unwanted Application Scan, click Scan Now.  
  1.   The results are showed in the Undesirable Apps Scan Complete window.  
  1.    When Norton Power Eraser done the scan, In the undesirable Apps Scan     Complete window, next to the undesirable application or toolbar, click Uninstall. 
  1.     Keep an eye on Guidelines. 
  1.     Reboot the system when the uninstall completes.  
  1.     If the problem remains same, stare for the undesirable toolbars that are generally             rushed with assured free programs you might have installed on system.   
  1.     Click on OK. 
  1.     Click on Apply.   
  1.     Click on OK.

Step 3     Download and run Norton Power Eraser  
  1. Download Norton Power Eraser.  
  1.  Save Downloaded file on Desktop.  
  1.  Double click the NPE.exe file to run Norton Power Eraser. 
  1. Click Yes if the User Account Control window prods. Click the Advanced Options icon.  
  1.  Click the Advanced Options icon in the Norton Power Eraser window,  
  1.  Click Scan Now in the Advanced window when Norton Power Eraser finishes the scan.  
  1. Click Uninstall in the Unwanted Apps Scan Complete window. 
  1. Keep an eye on Guidelines.  
  1. Reboot the system when the uninstall finishes.
