Step 1  Reboot your system 

  1. Stop all the Programs.

  1.  Click the Advanced Options icon in the Norton Power Eraser window,  
  1.  Click Scan Now in the Advanced window when Norton Power Eraser finishes the scan.  
  1. Click Uninstall in the Unwanted Apps Scan Complete window. 
  1. Keep an eye on Guidelines.  
  1. Reboot the system when the uninstall finishes.

           Save Downloaded Norton Removal Tool file on your computer’s desktop. 
           On the computer’s desktop, double-click on the Norton Removal Tool icon.

  •     When you see a prompt to   reboot the computer, If you do not want to contain the                       Rootkit scan, go to Settings, and uncheck the option Include Rootkit scan (requires a                   computer restart). 

  •  The scan starts automatically after the computer is rebooted. Keep an eye on guidelines.
